The system then automatically generates a summary form that consolidates the data from individual reports, calculating the total number of teaching hours and the corresponding financial costs for each activity.

These summarized reports are sent to the Department Head for review and approval. Once confirmed, the reports are forwarded to the Finance Department. The Finance team uses this data to generate payment forms and initiate the payment process.
