Smart Processes implemented an electronic software/platform solution for online document management and HR files for Terre des homes (Tdh) in Albania.

The implemented software solution includes two main components:

1. Employee Files module, where are encapsulated the functionalities of the HR functions, including:

• Employee Files

• Employee Docs

• Leave Requests

• Warnings

•  Working Time Reporting

• Performance Review

• Employee Contract Generation and Storage

• Salaries and PaySlip

2. e-Docs Module, where are encapsulated the functionalities for Document Management.

The system supports document versioning.

The user can:

• Store different versions of the documents.

• View and download older versions of the uploaded document.

• View metadata of document versions (name of the document, the user who uploaded it, and the time when the document was uploaded).
