Municipality: Management System, Administrative Services
The project for the implementation of the Integrated One-Stop-Shop System (IOSSh) began developing a theoretical model of One Stop Shop in local government, which would improve the provision of administrative services in all organizational units.
The model had to adapt to the frequent legal and administrative changes expected in the following years as part of the multisectoral reforms affecting Local Government Units (LGUs). The IOSSh is considered a supportive tool for the implementation of the TAR.
The project is implemented in 6 municipalities.
Services Provided
Smart Processes has developed a methodology for the IOSSh model, which consists of:
Identification of the list of services offered by local authorities.
Consolidation of the list of services into a Unified Services List, which has been established as a starting point for further developments in this sector.
Preparation of the extended service model.
Mapping of services with functions.
Consultation of results with other partners.
Documentation of the process flow for each service.
Reengineering of process flows to be able to operate within the IOSSh model.
