Public Administration: Services for Emigrants

The main objective of this project is to create an online (Web) Platform that will provide an easy and accessible directory of public services in Albania for emigrants who are returning to Albania or have already returned, as well as all other citizens that need this type of information. The web app tends to support persons who are to return to Albania or are already in Albania by making information available, clear, and easy to find. The web app is an excellent help for National Agency for Employment and Skills (NAES) since their employees can also use it while offering to counsel returning persons.  Other structures, such as Municipalities or Civil society organizations and their beneficiaries, can use this online platform. However, the targeted returnees returning to Albania are not highly skilled in using Web applications. Therefore, one of the application`s goals is to navigate the users by refining the results based on specific criteria to overcome this potential issue.
