The "AORTAS" project will support the establishment of an integrated online platform for the digital heritage of the Municipality of Tirana with open access to national and international visitors, as well as providing new opportunities for local communities involved in cultural heritage production and for tourist agencies, operators, and authorized guides to promote their businesses and penetrate the global market.
