“portavendore.al” is a multifunctional online platform supporting democracy at the local level. “Smart Processes” has been responsible for: conceptualizing, designing, and developing sections of the portal:

•          Dialogue with citizens

•          Administrative Services description

•          Municipalities passports (for the 61 municipalities is provided information)

•          Municipality passport (Administrative Units, CV of the Mayor, Members of the Municipality Council)

•          Local News

“portavendore.al” serves as an online resource center, giving the Albanian citizen understandable and simplified information about local government for the first time. The platform represents the municipalities responsibilities, based on their functions and administrative services at the local level, by creating digital cards for critical services. Moreover, the platform brings open data on governance by local authorities. The platform focuses on journalism and local-level activism as two engines that enable addressing issues and fostering transparency and accountability by local government units.
